Afterward, the lifting mechanism returns, and the material smoothly falls to the downstream conveyor line, thus completing a 90-degree material redirection and transfer. The entire process is cyclical and requires no manual intervention, achieving automatic material transfer and line switching.

The equipment is adaptable to various materials such as pallets, bins, and tooling plates. The lifting stroke, roller length, and conveying speed can all be adjusted according to actual production conditions.
